I know I just posted a few days ago, but I couldn’t wait to reveal the final cover design for Unraveling Caro Dunn! Plus, I can now share the book’s official description from the back cover. And, if you’re interested in being an “early reader” you can find the book in AuthorsXP–details below.
Now, here’s the cover:

No cover pleases everyone–in fact, my sister doesn’t like the fragmented “Unraveling”–but I love it, because it fits with the sense of Caro’s world shattering into pieces. What do you like or dislike? Let me know in the comments!
Back Cover Blurb
Here’s the story’s description, from the back of the book:
Caro Dunn has spent a lifetime making up for a troubled childhood by doing everything right.
She built a business, raised two successful children, and became the kind of elder statesman people admire, even if few find her easy to live with.
But when her daughter announces plans to have a baby, the foundation of Caro’s carefully controlled world begins to crack. Long-buried secrets sneak into the open one by one, threatening everything Caro has worked to protect and forcing her to confront an impossible question: Can the people we love ever forgive the truths we keep from them, or the lies we tell to shield them?
Rich with wit, compassion, and unforgettable characters, Unraveling Caro Dunn explores how secrets can tear a family apart, yet must be revealed for there to be any hope of staying together.

PS Sorry, I\’m on the subway and hitting wrong buttons. Anyway the cover is great because it really gives a sense of unraveling in the lettering. I don\’t belong to Amazon X but will read it when it comes out in its real form. Congrats!!!
